NC, Park Min-woo and Park Gun-woo take a break

Led by head coach Kang In-kwon, NC will play an away game against the 2024 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO League SSG Landers at SSG Landers Field in Incheon on the 3rd. The previous day, NC played overtime against the LG Twins, but lost 4-5. The game ended at 10:39 p.m. The NC team did not arrive in Incheon until around 4 a.m.

The training started 30 minutes later than usual. "We delayed the training a little bit, and I am thinking about doing warm-up and focusing more on the game tomorrow and the day after tomorrow if possible," coach Kang In-kwon said.

Due to fatigue, there have been some changes in the starting lineup. NC, where Kim Si-hoon will start on the day, has formed its starting lineup in the order of Choi Jeong-won (second baseman), Seo Ho-cheol (third baseman), Son A-seop (designated hitter), Davison (first baseman), Kwon Hee-dong (left fielder), Kim Sung-wook (center fielder), Kim Hyung-joon (pitch), Chun Jin-hwan (right fielder) and Kim Han-byul (striker).

Coach Kang In-kwon said, "Park Min-woo continues to have discomfort in his right shoulder, but he seems to be trying to endure the game, so I thought it would be better to give him a little rest today than he thought."

Park Kun-woo was also absent from the starting lineup. Park, who started the previous day, had no hit in five times at bat and four strikeouts. "Park also complained of fatigue. If he does not get a blow, his fatigue will double," coach Kang In-kwon said with a wry smile.

NC has been playing a lot of tight games this season. "We have maintained the lineup since the opening of the season. It seems true that players are getting more tired in that regard, and some players have colds recently, so we decided to take care of their conditions," manager Kang In-kwon said.

Coach Kang said, "I think we only need to adjust for about one day today, and if we can pinch-hit in the second half, it will be possible," adding, "Only Kim Joo-won tries to judge Kim Han-byul by looking at him."
